The story
A medical practice website is a different kind of problem from a shop. The person on it might be worried, might be elderly, might be on a phone in a waiting room, and the site has to feel calm and safe rather than clever.
The whole thing is built around trust and clarity. Warm photography instead of sterile stock, larger readable type, real doctor profiles because people choose a practice by choosing a person, and every service explained in plain language a patient would actually use.
The parts that matter most are the ones you hope nobody needs. Every page carries a clear notice that in an emergency you call 112 or 10177, not fill in a web form. And the appointment form is honest: it sends a request that reception confirms by phone, it never tells someone they are booked when they are not. In healthcare that distinction is not a detail, it is the whole point.
