The story
Most of the popular Discord bots put their genuinely useful features behind a monthly subscription. You add the bot, set it up, and then find that mod logging or a second AutoMod rule costs money every month. Staz's Bot is my answer to that: the things a normal server actually needs, free.
It lives in your server and does the repetitive work a human moderator would otherwise be stuck doing. It watches every channel at once, times out or removes people who break the rules, filters spam and dodgy links, welcomes new members, hands out roles, and keeps a log of what happens so nothing goes on in the dark.
The part I am happiest with is the one-command setup. A new server owner runs a single command and gets a sensible structure in place in seconds, instead of clicking through settings for an hour. It is a real, running bot you can add to your own server right now, not a demo.
